Built over what was once a racetrack, Ingleside Terraces is an upscale neighborhood with the unique feature of its main road, Urbano Drive, being a large oval with what is possibly the world’s largest sundial smack dab in the middle of it. An active community energy gives this area a small town feel, though it is close to many city conveniences. Developed by architect Joseph Leonard, there is an interesting array of architectural styles including Craftsman, Spanish Colonial, Mediterranean, and row house style single-family homes.
